Shipping Costs

SHIPPING to UK

All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All UK orders are sent Special Delivery, Next day, by the Royal Mail or Business Post Couriers.

Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 5 working days. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 14 days. Some of our goods are imported from the Netherlands and Germany so please allow 28 days before contacting us.

If your are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.

All postage and packing costs are added at the checkout. These costs are calculated by the weight of the parcel, the maximum cost is approx. £19.00.

Ebay charges are stated on the auction item page and are non negotiable

SHIPPING to EUROPE

All orders to Europe are currently dispatched at a flat rate of £8.00 for anything up to 2kg. We will inform you if your order is over 2kg before dispatching it.

SHIPPING to REST OF THE WORLD

The shopping cart will not calculate shipping costs to the rest of the world so please contact us before placing an order and we will be happy to give you a shipping quote.
