Goods Supplied

• All goods are new and will be sent out within 28 days.  Any delays will be advised.
• We will make every attempt to supply the correct colour and size as quickly as possible.
• Due to the nature of the goods that we supply there may be delays regarding the supply of our materials, cloths, and trimmings, from time to time.  This may result in some lines being delayed or undeliverable, we will inform you of this in the unlikely event.
• Customers outside of the UK will be responsible for any duties or taxes in their countries which are imposed by the laws of their land.
• It is the customers responsibility to know the importation laws in affect at the time of their order, regarding their own country.  We cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for delays in shipping, or customs impounding of their goods.

Returns Policy

• You must have prior authorisation, from us, if you wish to return goods.  This will allow us to monitor returns and contact you if the goods do not reach us.
• Goods can be returned for an exchange or credit, if the goods are returned in their original packaging, and within 14 days of receipt [21 days for customers outside of the UK].
• Returns will only be accepted if the goods are returned in their original state .
• If the merchandise has a manufacturers defect, deemed so by our manufacturers or has been incorrectly supplied by ourselves, we will refund the price of the goods plus costs, otherwise the customer must bear the costs of the return.

Cancellation of an Order

Cancellation of an order will incur a 15% restocking and administration fee to a maximum of £25.00.

How we process your order

• All goods are despatched within 28 days.
• If you supply us with an e-mail address we will use it to inform you of the progress of your order should there be any delay in despatch.
• Except in unusual circumstances, we will send your entire order in one shipment.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated when you place an item in the shopping cart.
• If you are ordering by post please remember to place the item in the shoping cart so that your shipping can be calculated and you can send the correct payment with your order.
• All deliveries are shipped by secure service and signed for at the time of delivery.  Overseas orders are shipped by Airmail for the fast delivery.

P.O. Boxes

We do NOT deliver to P.O. Box addresses, Sorry.

Paying for your Purchase

If you are paying by credit card then you must supply your credit card details when you place your order.  Your credit card will be charged when we issue your invoice or on the shipment of your goods.  We will not commence supply or shipment of your order until your credit card issuer has authorised the payment.  If we do not receive authorisation we will let you know.

We also accept PAYPAL, they are a third party internet payment company that give both you and us greater protection against fraud, and they are very quick and easy to use.

If you are paying by cheque, postal order, or electronic money transfer your items will be supplied and shipped once payment has cleared.
